These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of thelaiz.com and related LAIZ services operated in Pakistan. By creating an account, placing an order, or using our escrow and delivery features, you agree to these Terms.
Marketplace & escrow
LAIZ provides a confidence-first marketplace for official brand catalog items. Payments may be held in escrow until delivery milestones and the published buyer protection window are satisfied. Sellers receive payouts according to the schedule shown in their portal after successful fulfillment and dispute windows.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You must provide accurate information during signup and checkout. LAIZ may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
Prohibited conduct
You may not attempt to manipulate prices at checkout, replay NFC or delivery confirmations, access another customer's vault or orders, scrape the platform in violation of rate limits, or interfere with LAIZ custody records.
Limitation of liability
LAIZ is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by Pakistani law, LAIZ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service interruptions, third-party payment processors, or courier delays beyond our reasonable control.
