This policy describes how returns, refunds, and disputes work on LAIZ in accordance with Pakistan consumer protection principles and our escrow model.
Escrow protection window
After delivery confirmation, buyer funds remain in escrow for the published protection period (typically 14 days). During this window you may open a dispute if the item is materially not as described, damaged in transit, or fails LAIZ authenticity checks.
Eligible returns
- Authenticity or provenance mismatch verified by LAIZ
- Wrong item or missing components documented at delivery
- Defects not disclosed in the official brand listing
Change-of-mind returns may be offered at the brand's discretion where the item is unused with original tags and NFC seal intact.
Refund process
Approved refunds are released from escrow to your original payment method or store credit where card reversal is not possible. Cash-on-delivery refunds are issued via bank transfer to the buyer account on file after verification.
