How we use data
We use your data to operate checkout and escrow, verify deliveries, provide customer support, comply with tax and invoice obligations, and improve platform security. We do not sell personal data. Payment card data is handled by certified processors (e.g. PayFast); LAIZ does not store full card numbers.
Retention & security
Order and compliance records are retained as required for tax, dispute, and escrow obligations. Access to production data is restricted to authorized staff roles. Sensitive seller banking details are masked in customer-facing surfaces.
