Mind is LAIZ's intelligence layer on Shop — predictive picks, live signals, and personalised storefront behaviour for signed-in users. It is not a generic recommendation widget; it reads catalog, orders, and intent inside LAIZ's own marketplace context.

Vault addresses authenticity after purchase: tap-to-verify flows, provenance, and ownership history for supported official products. It connects physical goods to digital trust — a different problem than listing search or checkout alone.

Every role gets a workspace: customers manage orders and Plus benefits; brands manage catalogs; restaurants manage kitchen queues; riders manage food delivery; couriers manage marketplace parcels. Each portal routes to the correct vertical host and database boundary.
